Bandhistory

Here you have a short view in our bandhistory:

Roughly 7-8 years ago “Bombenleger” and me had the idea to make music together, because he plays drums and I play guitar. A

friend gave us a  rehearsalroom. At the beginning we’ve only played commercial songs and tried to play first national coversongs.

One day we had the idea to write own songs. But we were only two men and so we needed reinforcement.

And so we tested a 2nd guitarist .He was not bad but he had always grumbled and then we kicked him out.

This line-up remained stable for a while and we recorded a VERY BAD tape, which was considered to be used for private use only. It

was forwarded to one friend or another, but SOME people more or less started to distribute it.

But this is actually very sad, as it was VERY BAD, both musically and lyricalwise. It was the same beginning ALMOST every band

has to fight with. So, if anyone should find some Reichswehr-songs, simply DON´t NOTICE them :-) (Besides that there was

ANOTHER band called REICHSWEHR, from which some songs can be found in the internet).

Because of several reasons we lost our rehearsalroom and weren´t able to play for more than one year.

Like coincidences sometimes happen I met Heinrich, and one talked a bit about music. During this discussion it became clear that he

was playing drums. As he was eager to try playing in a band ,we spontaneously decided to look for a new rehearsalroom.

It didn´t take much time to find a room where we could rehearse at least SOMEHOW. With lots of motivation we started to play.

Shortly before that we also got a new vocalist. The rehearsals went very well, considering the fact what sort of chaotic bunch of people

we were :-) But luck shouldn´t follow us for long, and so the band which owned the rehearsalroom noticed what sort of music we

perform and simply kicked us out.

During this time we also met Andreas, who helped us out by playing the bass-guitar. But this great time should be over soon, as we

commited a really STUPID and USELESS crime and because of that we lost our rehearsalplace.

First we wanted to change the name of the band, which resulted in the fact that also our bassist left us. But, as you can see, we didn´t

change the name after all.

So by now we are only three remaining band members. But we are also quite pleased with this line-up, as it is always difficult to find

the right people, since they have to fit somehow into the band. If that´s the case, everything is fine. Our first CD called

"Kaiserreichstreue" was published in August 2002. Not a long time ago our drummer left us and changed to Oidoxie. So we have to

make an interruption.
